You confirm that you are:

• (a) of legal age to access and use the Site and/or the Services
• (b) of legal capacity to agree to the Terms and,
• (c) if acting on behalf of a company or other entity, you have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.

In order to access and use the Services with the features of your selected Pack, you must register and create an account. To register, you must provide certain information and agree that:

• (a) all information supplied by you is true, accurate, current and complete, including, but not limited to your name, e-mail and address, and that you will keep the information current and up-to-date, and
• (b) you are responsible for your log-in credentials including your log-in password and that you will safe-guard it and be completely responsible for any use of the Services with these log-in credentials.

We reserve the right at our sole discretion to deny access to anyone to the Services at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for breach of these Terms.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Site and/or the Services complies with all applicable laws. We will not be responsible and/or liable in the event of your non-compliance.

To fully use this Site and our tools, you need to create your own account and keep your password safe.

We offer provide our Services as requested by you to which these Terms apply. For available subscription Packs and applicable fees please go to our Pricing Page.
Prices are quoted in € Euros. Payments may only be made by Direct Debit, Paypal or GoCardless and as indicated on the Site.
If you have selected a subscription Pack and wish to change by upgrading the change in the Pack fees will take effect at the next applicable billing cycle.
You must ensure that payment is made on time and that you provide us with complete and accurate billing information. In cases of non-payment, for example due to inaccurate billing information or expiration of your debit card, we reserve the right to suspend your access to the Services until the balance is paid and/or to terminate your account. This is without prejudice to our other legal rights.

You may cancel the Services at any time.
If you cancel within 24 hours of purchase and subscription, we will refund you the subscription Fee paid minus administrative and bank charges.
Under English law you have the right to cancel your subscription Pack within 7 working days of the start date of your subscription. You acknowledge and agree that you will lose this right of cancellation once you access any of the tools or content made available in the Pack selected by you.

You must not use the Site or the Services to do any of the following which is strictly prohibited:

• infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy or personal or propriety rights of third parties;
• harass, abuse, threaten or otherwise infringe or violate the rights of others;
• use technology or other means to access our computer network, unauthorized content or non-public spaces;
• (attempt to) introduce viruses or any other harmful code, files or programs that interrupt or otherwise or limit Site’s or Services’ functionality;
• (attempt to) damage, disable or otherwise impair our servers or networks;
• engage in or encourage others to engage in criminal or unlawful conduct or breach these Terms including misuse of the Site, its content or Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes;

You may join our Affiliate Program once you are a registered user. As an Affiliate you must comply with these Terms. Please see our Affiliate Program page for additional details and terms.
Any new features of the Program, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to these Terms and the additional terms outlined in our Affiliate Program page. The use of the Program after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
Any customers who buy services through this Program will be deemed our customers. You may not use the Program to purchase services through your affiliate links for your own use. This may result in ineligibility for referral commission fees and termination of your participation and use of Services.
Our relationship with Affiliates is that of independent contractor, and no partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship exists between you and us. You will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf.
You are responsible for any and all fees, taxes and other expenses incurred in order to receive referral commission fees. Due to high incidence of fraud, we reserve the right to hold referral commission fees for up to 30 days for verification. We also reserve the right to cancel commission referral fees in the event that we are unable to collect subscription Fees, the customer cancels within the first 7 days, or if the commission referral fee was earned improperly or contrary to our terms. We reserve the right to suspend, deactivate or terminate and affiliate accounts or your affiliate status at any time without notice.

We make no guarantee that the Site or Services is suitable for your intended use, error-free, timely, reliable, entirely secure, virus-free or available. We make no guarantee of particular results or outcomes by use of the Services.
While we do our best to keep disruptions to a minimum, however we may temporarily suspend the Site and Services from time to time for maintenance and other administrative purposes. There are also certain circumstances which are beyond our control including but not limited to Acts of God, natural disasters, failure of or damage to the device used to access the Site and/or Services, power failure, failure of any telecommunications or other data transmission system. We shall not be liable in these circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability shall be limited to the cost of your Subscription Pack if any. We shall have no liability to Affiliates.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA, REVENUES, GOODWILL, ANTICIPATED SAVING OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, WITH THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR SERVICES, OR WITH THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE THE SITE ANR/OR SERVICES, IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE SITE ANR/OR SERVICES, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE ANR/OR SERVICES.
Also, please note that the tools provided in this website are non-standardized.
The user accepts and to use the results given in the website to his judgment. He accepts that these recommendations and results are there only to be considered in the decision making process, and in no case can the company be held responsible for the user's decisions based on these results. The user has the sole responsibility for the decisions he makes.

We are not liable in most cases, but if we are we may return the cost of your subscription Pack.

You agree to defend and indemnify us from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, that arise from or relate to your use or misuse of, or access to the Site and/or Service or otherwise from your violation of these Terms including our affiliate terms.

Again, don’t misuse our Site or Services, it will cost you.

We may modify these Terms including fees and charges for Services without prior notice. What is more, we can terminate use of the Site and/or Services at any time by giving notice of termination to you. We may also change, suspend, terminate or discontinue any aspect of the Site and/or Services including availability of certain features at any time for any reason including but not limited to non-payment of any applicable fees.

The law of England governs and shall govern any and all claims over which English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction. If any provisions of these Terms are deemed or become invalid, the validity of the other provisions shall not be affected.

Any disputes in these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
