The iGoStartup business plan input process is easier for entrepreneurs with an existing business plan. However, an entrepreneur without an existing business plan can use iGoStartup to create their business plan step-by-step by using our online tools.

Can international companies use iGoStartup?

Yes, hundreds of companies outside of the United Kingdom use our services every week. International companies can benefit just as much as companies from the U.K.

I want to buy one of your packs but I don't have a credit or debit card. What can I do?

Our memberships can also be bought by bank deposit. Select your pack and proceed to buy it using the “Bank Deposit” option, using the on-screen instructions.

What types of paid subscriptions does iGoStartup offer?

Subscriptions in iGoStartup come in the form of Packs. You select the pack in which you are interested in, and you click on buy!

I have a valid credit card but I can't use it on your site. What can I do?

When you buy from us we use a secure third-party payment system called PayPal to process the order. PayPal accepts the following cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

If you are using one of these cards, and you still can't complete your order, then we regret that, given the way the international credit card system works, we will not know why you are having card processing problems. Your card details are only handled through the PayPal system, and, as such, we do not have access to any of your card information.

In this situation, you are advised to retry and ensure that your billing address, card number, name and other details are entered correctly.

What happens after my subscription expires?

You will have to renew your pack subscription. You can do this in the dashboard.


Is my business information confidential? Do I need an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)?
